Returns:

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• To start a return, please contact us at lanidiorbusiness@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• Need a different item? We’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible products.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
